Professional quantity surveying services that have been provided to construction contractors are:
- Verifying the tender bills of quantities and highlighting the overestimated and underestimated items to be used for strategic pricing purpose.
- Reviewing the tender contract form and particular conditions in parallel with the tender drawings, specifications, BOQ preamble, and the considered methods of measurement.
- Pricing tender documents and preparing the required price analysis, overhead and construction costs.

- Leading the preparation of commercial and technical proposals to ensure that they are no missing required documents as per the tender requirements.
- Preparing project budget and predicted cash flow (in and out) once it is being awarded by the client.
- Managing the preparation and submission of daily reports, monthly progress reports, material submittals, works schedule, shop drawings, as built drawings during the overall project duration.
- Selecting of sub-contractors, suppliers and other third parties who will carry out partial of construction works in compliance to their capabilities and profession, and preparing the corresponding subcontracts accordingly.
- Controlling the purchase orders for the material to be delivered to site based on IFC drawings or approved shop drawings and approved material.
- Updating the budget and cash flow based on actual construction on site and doing the cost to complete exercise regularly during the construction works.
- Conducting a dilapidation study prior the commencement of the construction works at site based on the project location and particular conditions.
- Managing the preparation of traffic plans and/or environmental plans for water construction projects if required.
- Preparing of interim payments including stored material on/off site, variation orders, and claims due to additional works and/or revised scope of works if any.
- Chairing site meetings with sub-contractors, key staff, client representatives and any other third parties.
