- Resolving quality issues in cooperation and close coordination with the design team, technical team, supervision team, and the client representatives to improve the quality of works and meet the allocated client’s budget.
- Monitoring the actual construction costs and providing the client with financial advice to take the necessary action at the right time to avoid extra constructions costs, time extensions, claims and disputes which could be raised by the contractors.
- Reviewing of contractors’ daily reports, interim payments including stored material on/off site, variation orders, works schedule, and claims due to additional works and/or revised scope of works if any.
